Citadines Connect Fifth Avenue New York Hotel

Stayed at the hotel for business purposes due to its close proximity to my work venue. The location was very convenient, within walking distance to where I needed to be.

The hotel's prime location near Times Square is unbeatable for exploring NYC. Although rooms lack storage, cleanliness is top-notch. Breakfast is minimal but sufficient. Staff are generally helpful, though some improvements in service are needed. A solid choice for those prioritizing location and cleanliness.

This hotel was not expensive and spotless, had great location and rooms. The room was non-smoking with 2 beds, I loved it. Plenty of food at breakfast, such as cereals, pastries, muffins, pancakes and scones.

The room had bad views.

The hotel was quaint, and immaculately clean, and the location was fab near Times Square. The lobby was modern with pretty friendly staff. The continental breakfast was savoury and consisted of fruit, pastries, muffins, scones and pancakes.

We booked a double room for 1 night and had a very nice stay. Great view and a shower, hairdryers and bath sheets in the bathroom.

The location was amazing - close to all attractions and a Walgreens nearby. The staff were so lovely, especially the receptionist. Would stay again! Room was smaller than expected, but the service was top-notch. DEFINITELY better in person than in photos.

Situated just off 5th Avenue, it's great for exploring all the top spots in Manhattan. the staff were super friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. the room was cozy and clean, and the bed was really comfortable. It was a nice touch to have coffee and pastries available in the mornings.

I recently stayed at Citadines Connect in midtown for a leisure trip. The location was fantastic, with many attractions in walking distance such as Rockefeller Center and Times Square. The staff was incredibly friendly and the bed was comfortable. The modern rooms with A/C were a plus.

The location was absolutely killer, right smack in the middle of everything we wanted to do, and the staff were super friendly and helpful, totally down-to-earth. The rooms were tight, yeah, but they were clean and tidy with plenty of fresh towels and cozy beds. We appreciated the chilled-out vibes and the option to borrow hair combs and utensils from the front desk, making things real easy-peasy. 🌟 a top spot with just a blip on the elevator wait times, nothing major though.

The only minor issue was that we were initially bumped to another location, which was not convenient for us. This caused some inconvenience, especially with my 81-year-old mother, who couldn't walk the required distances.

We had a fantastic experience at Citadines! the hotel was immaculate, and the location was perfect - just a few blocks from Bryant Park, Times Square, and Rockefeller Center. Despite being so close to everything, we didn't hear any street noise. the staff members were all incredibly kind and polite, and they were very accommodating when we requested a room change. the new room on the 18th floor was amazing, even though they had said it might be smaller. the breakfast, although basic, was sufficient for our needs.

The location is perfect for exploring the city and easily accessing all the main attractions. The rooms with 2 double beds are spacious and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The fact that breakfast is included in our rate adds even more value to our stay.
